Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS

We accept returns on items within 14 days of receipt. Items should be unworn with all Sam and Co garment tags attached. Items that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

Items non-eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Monogrammed items
  • Embroidered items
  • Grooming items and treats
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear

To initiate a return/exchange, send us an email with Sam and Co Returns at the subject line to samandcopets@ranemediagroup.com. Please allow up to ten days for item to be processed for return or exchange.  Processing begins after the item is received. Please note there may be delays due to COVID.  

                            

Please note that buyer is responsible for cost of shipping on returns.

Exchanges are free of charge within the USA.

Overseas:

For customers returning or exchanging an overseas purchase, please send us an email with Sam and Co Returns on the subject line and we will send you the address you can ship the product to.  Please note that the buyer is responsible for cost of shipping on international returns and exchanges. Once the item is received, the order will be processed for return or exchange.  Please note this processing takes up to ten days.  

COLORS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
