When will my order ship?

Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive a shipment notification with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

What are your shipping rates for shipping within the U.S.? 

A US flat fee of $4.99. However, we're happy to offer FREE shipping for orders $49.99 up!

How long will shipping take within the U.S.?

Standard shipping is via USPS Priority Mail and will be received within 4-13* business days. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier and tracking options.

Do you ship to PO boxes or U.S. territories?

We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority Mail service.

ORDER PROCESSING INFORMATION

Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm US PST (US Pacific Standard Time) will begin processing on the following Monday. Sam & Co will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. Delivery time does not include weekends or Holidays.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Sam & Co complies with specific shipping restrictions determined by international trading regulation, as well as those contractually set by us.
